Brave Kenyan Blogger Blasts President Ruto on His Extravagant Spending of Kenyans' Tax Money
President William Ruto's extravagant spending has become a subject of intense scrutiny and debate in recent times. As one of the most prominent political figures in his country, his lavish lifestyle and excessive expenditures have drawn widespread attention. From luxury vehicles to opulent residences and high-profile events, Ruto's spending habits have raised questions about financial responsibility and transparency in public office.
Critics argue that such extravagant displays of wealth are not only inappropriate for a public servant but also highlight potential issues of corruption and misuse of public funds. As discussions surrounding his spending continue to escalate, many are calling for greater accountability and oversight to ensure that public resources are being used judiciously and in the best interests of the people. One of the bravest Kenyan bloggers decided to blast the President for his extravagant spending as follows:
The Kenya Kwanza government says that it will reduce Secondary School capitation from Khh 22,244 to Ksh 17,000, a whopping Ksh 5,224 in what they are calling a tight fiscal position the country is in. On this, we must support the government and kindly, allow me to expound more on the bad position Kenya is in due to a lack of enough revenue collection to cater for our school-going kids.
✅ We recently spent billions to build a Statehouse pavilion where our heavenly sent President will be hosting visitors both local and international
✅ We are currently spending billions to rehabilitate the statehouse so that our President, the 5th, and Doyen can have a beautiful place to stay and operate.
✅ We allocated billions to the Office of the President for the acquisition of state-of-the-art SUVs to have our dear President move across the country comfortably.
✅ We have a budget at the cost of billions for foreign travel so that our lovely President can tour and see the world on our behalf.
✅ We spend billions on local travels since it has become a norm that wherever our darling President tours a region, all CSs, PSs, and Kenya Kwanza allied Leaders must be in his entourage.
We simply don't have money for stupid things like education. Ata mnasoma muende wapi na WSR anatengeneza kazi 7 million Kwa avoidable housing. Atawareeeeeeee 🙌
